What we collect

Enquiry forms (contact, rental quote, sales enquiry): name, e-mail address, phone, company and the content of your enquiry, including the event description, date and venue if you provide them. For rental quotes, also the selected equipment list and the estimated total.

Visitor statistics: pages visited, referrer, screen size, browser language and time on page. The IP address is not stored — a hash with a daily-rotating salt is computed from it and the browser signature, which cannot be linked back to a person.

Cookies: the site sets no tracking cookies. Only your cookie choice and the rental-quote basket are kept in browser storage. The Google Maps map loads only with your consent, after which Google may set its own cookies.

Purposes and legal basis

Answering enquiries and preparing quotes — steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Measuring how the site works and is used — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); the statistics are anonymous.

How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from submission where no client relationship follows. For clients, data is kept for the period required by Estonian accounting law. Anonymous visitor statistics are kept for 12 months.

Who we share data with

Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It is stored on our own server in the European Union; backups are kept encrypted. E-mails related to an enquiry pass through our e-mail provider.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing and object. Write to tehnika@frankevents.ee — we answer within 30 days. Complaints can be lodged with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
